Yummy and authentic Korean food. It is a little pricy. The service is okay.

Great service, lovely waitresses, and unlimited meat? What more can you ask for? They also give full plates every time instead of cutting it down every extra order, and they were super responsive whenever we needed something, despite the whole place being packed. They even saw one of our lightweight friends looking horrible and wanted to make sure he was okay and offer water rather than just kick us out. Love it!

Food is alright, and the price is reasonable, but that middle-aged lady at the front counter is quite rude. I ordered takeout online, and as soon as I arrive at Ka Won, she raises her voice at telling me to wait while she serves the lady in front. Fine, but did she have to raise her voice at me condescendingly? Whatever, let it go, then I get to the counter. Still has an attitude, and not even any acknowledgement when I politely thanked her despite her rudeness before leaving. She was nice to the lady in front of me, then gets rude with me. What is it? Does she hate men? Is it my buzzcut? My clothing? My race? I shouldn't have to be compelled to ponder this on a simple takeout.

came here for the first time in more than 10 yrs. still good taste. get the combo. it was good. they need to update the decor tho.

I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. On the plus side, it offers some authentic Korean food with generous side dishes, with reasonable price. Unfortunately the service went from good to bad to terrible, in my last three visit. The first problem is store hour - although 10 PM is the official store closing hour on their website, I came in at 9:15 PM and got rejected, because the front desk claims they stop taking order at 9 PM. I have never heard of any other restaurants rejecting customer one hour before store closing time. This is simply not acceptable. Yesterday I decided to give it one more try, and that was a terrible mistake. The service virtually did not exist, I had to ask for everything, from menu to ordering to billing. The worst part is they did not seem to care, even after my complaint. Definitely will not come back again.

Excellent kalbi marinated need ribs. The sides, especially the mackerel were also very good. Super efficient and friendly staff. Definitely will go back.

So many banchans! Nice perk of this restaurant. The short ribs were cooked perfectly and the soup of beef, bean sprouts, egg, and kimchi flavoring (without kimchi) was decent. Ok service on a busy Saturday evening. Be warned, there is no spare ribs entree, just the family portion for $34. Split between two people, it worked. Have dined before, will come again.

Don't miss the Cabi Tong/Beef ribe soup!My husband and I always have to order at least two so we could take a bit left over home to enjoy again next day!~

Service is good here. As well as the pork super tasty and juices will definitely be back.

Delicious and true Korean BBQ.

Food is plentiful and delicious. Service depends on a waitress you get. Sometimes they help you with the grill, sometimes your on your own. Place is busy but there's almost always a super for 2-4 people.

One of the first Korean restaurants opened in Lynnwood, their banchan (side dishes) are very tasty and special. There's a lady that comes to make banchan each morning. It's delucious. Kimchi is fresh and perfect. The seafood hot-pot was very tasty (not too salty nor full of MSG). We were full but not grossed like some buffet. Definitely will go back again on our next visit.

I come for the banchan. There are at least 10 varieties and they're great. Service could be hit or miss. It's been 50/50 for me. They have AYCE bbq on weekdays, thought it's kinda limited variety, 2 types of pork belly and one beef brisket. Get the seafood pancake. It's the best I have had. It's actually cooked and crispy unlike many places that have undercooked pancake.

It's places like this that remind me to reserve 5-star reviews for those that truly deserve it. What a great place to eat Korean BBQ! Highly recommend the Ka Won Combination BBQ. If you've always wanted Korean BBQ this is the place to go. Let your server know it's your first time and they'll happily show you the ropes. I absolutely LOVE this place.

I am an avid Korean BBQ fan and also just Korean food in general and Ka Won has some of the most authentic (I've been to Korea) Korean food I've had in Seattle (especially the KBBQ). They serve over 10 side dishes with the KBBQ and they are all seasoned perfectly.I have been many times before CoVid and also during, and they deliver every time. The service is welcoming and the atmosphere reminds me of Korea. If you want some good authentic Korean food, come here...

I have been going to this place as a regular customer but they cut the quantity of every portion of meals.Especially when I ordered steamed pork & kimchi, they served the 2 small piece of pork with kimchi and selling for $17.I know this menu whenever they started as a new menu so I know how it used to be before.However, when I complained about it the owner didnt even bother to come out and try to explain why it was changed but sent a message to server that that is their regular 1 person's pork portion.I thought it was a joke but seems like other menus has cut to smaller portions and steamed pork&kimchi was extreme.Felt very unpleasant when they served the food like this.It's better to just remove the pork and title it as steamed kimchi than making the customers feels like joking around with food.

Overall, their food is decent. Staff are attentive and friendly. Good side dishes and awesome salads.

My husband and I eat there before, and today we bring our cousins to this place. The food is nice, but at the end, when we ready to pay the meal, the lady told us they charge 18% tip. I mean we know we have to leave the tip. It doesn’t have any notice on the bill, however, we did tip them 18%. I just wanna say that is not nice to force customer to leave a tip, and it’s have to be 18%.

Just reading the negative reviews... It is so bad that I would not take any risk of my time and monies to spend at the restaurant.. Thanks for the honest reviews for those who left their reviews. Hence, I will try another Korean restaurants.

Service was great! There was only one lady serving and taking orders and cleaning up, but she was fast and very nice!! Great food for a reasonable price!

It pains me to give them one star. The ladies that work there at 430pm to close are awesome! They are so nice and great with our baby. However twice now we have gone in for a late lunch and been treated like trash. They hid us in a corner and forget about us. They take so long to bring us our next round of meat that the hot grill burned so badly that it was unusable and when we asked for a new one they act like it's an inconvenience to bring us a new one. They tried to argue with my husband that one small part was still useable. We tried and it wouldn't get hot enough to cook the meat.. They never brought us the sauce we asked for or fresh condiments while we are eating all you can eat. Never again will we go there before 430pm.

Stopped by here for a late lunch. Left having to waddle out of the door. Great food, generous portions, and excellent service! They also had possibly the best kimchi I've had anywhere. It's on my list to visit again and a strong recommend for anyone looking for good Korean food!

Unbelievably great food, authentic Korean, helpful friendly staff, and did I mention delicious! The side dishes are scrumptious and ever changing, make certain to try them all.The lunch box specials are huge and filling.Lunch is quick, but go for longer dinner and BBQ right on your table. Pork belly... Mmmm!

A very well-deserved 5-stars. I'm Korean, and I stand firm in my declaration that Ka Won's KBBQ is unbeatable in the greater Seattle area. The quality of their meat is noticeably better, and the 10+ side dishes are unmatched in both quantity AND quality. We usually opt for the brisket & pork belly every time, and it's always incredible! Ka Won is truly in a league of its own when it comes to quality, authenticity, and taste.Their non-BBQ dishes are also worth a mention as they've never led me astray, and I say this since my family and I have tried probably everything on this menu over the years. Service has improved dramatically--the main waitress is SO sweet and attentive! I'll be doing my damn best to visit often in these covid times, as I need Ka Won in my life, ALWAYS.

I drove far just to try the food here based on reviews. It's authentic Korean food and amazing! The service was fast and the team members were really nice. They checked on me frequently. The pork belly and egg onion soup was phenomenal. The portions are large. They provided plenty of banchan and it was probably the freshest tasting ones in town.

Service was a bit lacking; we had 2 large tables, for adults and youth. The adult table was waited on fairly well, but the youth table felt pretty ignored when they needed something. And overall the waiters didn't seem to have good attitudes, even though the place wasn't that busy.Everyone enjoyed their food, and reasonable prices. Portions were sized well, and food came out pretty quickly.

Best KBBQ in town, great sides, and fresh fish. Check out the hand made dumplings (Jeongol), you won't be disappointed

First visit, usually eat at Korean restaurants in federal way. Exceeded expectations! Variety of Ban Chan, very flavorful. Traditional Korean food. If you come between 5-8pm on the weekend, be preppared to wait 20mins for a table.

Amazing food, great quantity, and reasonable price. Definitely worth driving from Seattle to go here!

I was in Seattle 5 years ago, Ka Won is my most favorite Korean restaurant all time. If I have opportunity to come back, I'll go straight to this place from airport.
